Unconscious Symphony

My collection is reflecting a woman who reveals her true self in dreams. The unconscious mind can be seen as the source of dreams and automatic thoughts. In terms of the unconsciousness - dreams look into subliminal urges and unmet needs, seeking to fulfill these wishes subconsciously.
My collection consists of two parts.
The first part is based on drapes which is symbolically reflecting her elegance and sensuality while she is dreaming. It shows the artistic part in her dream and her desire of success and independence in her future. She seeks to fulfill these urges through the process of dreaming. Her dream is what supports her idea of wish fulfillment. The garments are flowy, delicate, with a dreamy soft touch.

The second part of my collection shows she is growing stronger and becoming an independent, successful woman. Her dreams give her strength to fulfill her desires. The fabrics are structured & organic, mixed with exotic leather. Leather has been always used as a garment of warriors – my choice to use the exotic skins of python & eel reflect the cunning predatory strength that my muse grows into. The colors are light & eerie to reflect purity, sensuality & clear strength.
