The Runaways

‘The Runaways’ is a bold street wear collection. It follows a group of rebellious teens in their denial to conform to the expectations of adulthood. Instead of falling into the demands of a commercial world, they decide to runaway and lead a life of freedom, originality and independence.

Hand-drawn prints expressing rage and denial are printed on light airy fabrics which create edgy silhouettes when paired with heavier, technical materials. Flashes of yellow and red are used to alert the audience, bringing each garment to life.
